ROBERT FRANCIS O’DONNELL

Growing up in Washington D.C., Rob cut his teeth in the world of American politics, serving as President Barack Obama’s Director of Broadcast Media in the White House, where he briefed and staffed the President for all on-camera media appearances. Prior to the White House, Rob worked at the Department of Justice, the DNC, the House Democratic Policy and Communications Committee and both Obama Presidential Campaigns.

After leaving the White House, Rob moved to New York City and founded 38Paces, a leading national media, advisory and consulting firm. Rob has written and directed multi-million-dollar media campaigns at the presidential, state and congressional levels, including Mike Bloomberg for President, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, and Congresswoman Jahana Hayes (CT-5).  And Rob has led communications and messaging strategy for clients like Netflix Sustainability, Campaign Zero, Rewiring America, GoFundMe and dozens of others.

Rob graduated from Davidson College, where he majored in the Classics and played Division 1 soccer.
